
Our Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the headquarters of our cooperative.
Our four outgoing directors – Mr. Jean-Yves PAREZ, Mr. David ROY representing SCEA DU PONT COLAS, Mr. Florian GODOT representing SCEA DES SABLONS, and Mrs. Sandrine Gruet representing EARL DU VINCENET – were reappointed until the General Meeting that will approve the accounts for the financial year ending July 31, 2028.During this meeting, the resolutions relating to the closing of the accounts as of July 31, 2025, presented by our chartered accountant, Magali COUTELOT from CDER, were approved, as well as the resolution concerning the extension of our territorial jurisdiction to include the municipality of ESSOYES.
From now on, our jurisdiction includes 10 municipalities, namely:
Bethon, Chantemerle, La Celle-sous-Chantemerle, Montgenost, Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy, Barbonne-Fayel, Lancourt, Vindey and Sézanne in the Marne department (51), and Villenauxe-La-Grande and Essoyes in the Aube department (10).
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Romain Magnus, Head of the Economic Observatory of the Comité Champagne, gave a presentation on the following topic:
“Market situation; Attract, engage, retain: how to strengthen preference for Champagne?”
Mr. Jean-Yves ORCIN also provided an update on the results of the 2025 campaign regarding Flavescence dorée.
The meeting concluded with a reception prepared by the restaurant “CHEZ JEAN” from Conflans-sur-Seine, accompanied by a glass of G. Gruet & Fils champagne.
