A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been registered. By keeping and/or printing this email, you hold proof of your order, which we recommend you retain. This final “click” is equivalent to a handwritten signature as defined in Article 1341 of the French Civil Code.

By submitting the order form, you authorize Champagne G Gruet to charge your payment card for the total amount of your order.

The order will be validated after authorization of the transaction by the buyer’s bank.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and specified online in the order summary. They depend on the number of bottles ordered. Orders of up to 12 bottles are shipped via La Poste (Colissimo). For larger quantities, a standard carrier is used.

Ordered products will be delivered by the carrier of our choice.

The maximum delivery time is 8 (eight) working days within France from validation of the buyer’s bank details (except in the event of stock shortages).

Important: Regardless of the shipping or payment method, goods always travel at the recipient’s risk. Upon delivery, the recipient must check the packages and, in case of damage or missing items, make the necessary reservations with the carrier, who is solely responsible (Articles 104 and 105 of the French Commercial Code).

To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders well in advance.
