Expressive, slightly woody notes, buttery and toasted notes, more developed aromas, hints of honey.

Aromatic Champagne, notes of vanilla, ripe fruit, brioche, toasted and grilled notes, light hints of honey, slightly woody notes, good length on the palate, well balanced.

Taste Note

It displays a beautiful pale yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence, where buttery and toasted aromas blend with touches of honey and wood.

On the palate, its aromatic richness unfolds around notes of ripe fruit, with nuances of vanilla, brioche and toasted flavors, along with a slight woody touch, all providing an elegant balance and a long finish.

  • 250g fresh (or frozen) porcini mushrooms
  • 1 small onion or 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 750ml vegetable (or chicken)  stock
  • 100ml dry white wine

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
